These terms apply when you use www.ohgoi.com and the free Resume Builder. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
OHGOI offers a resume builder with templates, PDF download and optional saved accounts. Features may change, and we may add paid features (Premium) in future. Premium access is currently granted by us on request.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
3. Your content
Your resume content belongs to you. You give us permission to store it and display it back to you, and publicly only if you turn on a share link. You promise that what you enter is yours to use and is not unlawful, misleading, or abusive.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or scrape it, no automated sign-ups, no uploading harmful files, and no impersonating others.
5. Templates and our material
You may use your downloaded resume freely for job applications. The templates, code, and design remain ours; do not resell or republish the templates themselves.
6. Free service and no guarantee
The Resume Builder is provided free and "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, or that it will get you a job. Please check your resume before sending it, and keep your own copy of important documents.
7. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or opportunity arising from use of the service.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow have jurisdiction.
